As ICs test at low temperatures becomes increasingly essential due to the growing demand for automotive ICs,

we have developed a new Tri-Temp IC Test Handler. It will be officially joined to NST product lineup soon.

SEMICON Taiwan is the world's first place to exhibit our Tri-temp IC Test Handler.
In addition, due to the increase in the size and power consumption of ICs for AI applications,

the demand for dynamic temperature control during ICs test is increasing.
